The materials were super nice in terms of texture, comfort, and firmness. I will admit, the mat let off a pretty strong plastic-y smell when I first opened the package, but that dispersed in a matter of minutes.

The mat came with a carrying cord-thing that helped keep it curled up and made moving it around a breeze. The texture and stiffness is similar to a kid’s play mat, but is also softer and more comfortable at the same time. Plus it can easily be rolled up for storage.

I will say, I am a small individual and the mat is decently sized for myself. For a larger individual, this mat may not be wide enough to allow your entire body to stay on the mat.

They also sell ones that are 2” wider (I got the 60”x 24” wide one), which may provide that extra room a larger frame may need.

The blocks are nice. I’ve never used yoga blocks before, being a mostly at-home practitioner of the exercise. It was fun learning how to incorporate them into my routines. I enjoy the new back stretches I learned, especially since the one shown popped my back nicely when I tried it lol.

The blocks are also a great guide for stretch goals, such as how low I want my legs to go for butterfly stretches and whatnot.

All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed these yoga products and definitely recommend them to those looking to purchase some blocks or a mat!
