Introducing Feetlu Comfort Technology

See Feetlu Comfort Technology in Action

At Feetlu, comfort is the foundation of how we design.

We believe movement should feel supportive, comfortable, and approachable. Whether you practice yoga, Pilates, stretching, strength training, or simple floor exercises at home, the surface beneath you can make a meaningful difference in how movement feels.

That idea is the foundation of Feetlu Comfort Technology: thoughtful material engineering designed to create a softer, more supportive experience from the ground up.

How Cushioning Supports More Comfortable Movement

During floor-based exercise, your knees, hands, feet, and joints repeatedly contact the ground. A well-cushioned mat creates a softer surface while maintaining the support and resilience needed for comfortable movement.

That balance matters.
Too firm: the mat may provide limited cushioning for sensitive pressure points.
Too soft: the body may sink excessively, reducing the feeling of support and stability.

The goal of Feetlu Comfort Technology is to create a balance between cushioning, resilience, and support. When movement feels more comfortable, it can become easier to stay engaged with your routine and easier to want to come back and move again. This is called a "positive loop" during exercise.

EVA vs. PVC vs. POE: What’s the Difference?

Yoga and exercise mats can be made from many different materials, and each material creates a different feel.

Material General Characteristics Typical Feel
PVC Durable, anti-grip and commonly used in traditional yoga mats. Relatively cheap to produce and may contain toxic materials. Dense, supportive
EVA Lightweight foam widely used in fitness products. It is more soft and flexible. Soft and lightweight
POE Polyolefin-based elastomer material that can combine cushioning with resilience Soft, cushioned and responsive

There is no single material that is automatically best for every user. The final performance of a mat depends not only on the material name, but also on factors such as foam formulation, density, thickness, surface texture, and manufacturing process.

That is why two mats labeled with the same material can still feel very different. Feetlu focuses on the complete material structure rather than simply choosing a material based on its name. Let's why Feetlu Comfort is engineered.

Why Does Feetlu Feel So Comfortable?

Feetlu Comfort Technology combines soft cushioning with supportive resilience, helping create a comfortable surface for your knees, hands, feet, and joints during yoga, Pilates, stretching, and floor workouts. This is created based on our 30 years of experience in the foam material engineering field.

Our products are designed for everyone who wants to move with more comfort, confidence, and ease—regardless of age or fitness level.

Feetlu — Feel the Comfort. Together, we redefine exercise comfort.
