Feetlu

It is always very painful when I exercise and I have to bend on my knee. This pad is very helpful with that! It eases the pain significantly. It’s very soft yet sturdy.I don’t only use it for exercising. I use it around my house when I have to fix something or get something.I love the texture of it. Oh and the color!Thank you!

Thick, dense, compact and perfect for floor work to ease knee discomfort. It stays put on carpetand mats, but is easy to adjust and move around as needed. The only reason it didn't get a 5 is because the seam is splitting after a month of daily use.

Very nice! Great pad!

I'm actually using this pad for kneeling when gardening, and it's great. It's thin and light, but also broad enough that I'm able to move around and thick enough that I'm not uncomfortable kneeling on chunky wood chips. It folds in half, so it's easy to store, and the surface is rubbery and easy to clean. As you can see in the picture, I had it down on some burned chips, and when I was done I just ran it under the spigot and gave it a half-hearted swiping with my fingers. It cleaned up completely. Just what I needed!

Yoga Knee Pad Cushion...📚Pros: This folding Mat is very compact and portable. It's easy to clean by just wiping with a damp cloth or I use my Yoga Mat cleaner on it. It can be used as the unfolded single thickness or folded up to provide even more cushion with the double thickness. Lightly text should for easy grip.📚Cons: Not really a con but personally, my bad knee wouldn't mind if it were just a bit thicker yet.📚Summary... Well, made, excellent quality, nice price, works great 👍👍

Often times I have to fold my yoga mat over to get extra cushion for my knees while doing certain moves and even then it is sometimes not enough. This is great to give the extra cushion just where I need it. It is also good as a small cushion for many other uses as well such as sitting or kneeling on the ground for gardening.

Soft and stable. Like it

This is a game changer! Great size and doesn't lose its shape.

Life-saver if you have fragile knees and want to participate in mat based excercize. Easily wipes clean and dries fast.

Me encantó para mi pilates reformar

The small mat is amazing and works instead of using a blanket. It helps the knees on positions.

I love yoga, but it was quite embarrassing to always roll a blanket for under my knees and low back for certain poses - this mat eliminated that!! It is very thin but very effective. It fits easily into my yoga bag as well. Buy one, you won’t regret it!

Love this folding knee pad. I started a yoga class and even though my yoga mat was extra thick it did not help with the pain and pressure I felt in my knees and hips. Now with this knee pad I can participate to the best of my ability. I look forward to my class because of this pad. I don't thick I would have continued with Yoga if not for this knee pad cushion. Absolutely the best!

This foldable pad is perfect for my yoga and pilates classes. It is small and lightweight and the thickness is just enough to give extra padding for your knees or backside. Would absolutely recommend!

Makes my class easier on my knees

I love this as it is thin but great padding. I open it for knees and sometimes keep it folded to sit on. It is easy to step over for different positions. It doesn't "adhere" to my mat, but doesn't slide so feel it is safer than using a blanket on my yoga mat. I got one for my friend and many others have admired it at my studio.

This knee pad is excellent. I love that It folds up nicely and fits perfectly in my yoga bag. It’s very thick & really protects my knees during yoga. Would recommend.

That’s basically it

Works great, a little thicker would be perfect

Great for easing knee pain when doing stretch exercise. For such a thin mat it offers Superior padding, very happy with my purchase.

This mat is perfect for adding a little extra cushion to knees, elbows and lower back!

I was pretty disappointed in this mat, it’s thin and flimsy and feels like it’ll rip if u put enough pressure to it. Too bad I paid 18 dollars while others had gotten it for free, still haven’t gotten the feel yoga mat I ordered, that was 50, hope it’s not cheap materials like this

I got this for a specific pose that always kills my knees. It didn't help. This mat appears well constructed, folds flat to be easily transported to and from class, and does not take up much space at home. Unfortunately, it is harder than I expected. I was picturing something like those gel mouse pads/wrist guards, but this is much denser and not as soft/squishy as I'd envisioned.

This is great for adding some extra padding and support to the knees during yoga. It also can be used outdoors for gardening or to sit on if need be. Its easy to wash and folds to make it easy to store!
