Return Policy

At Feetlu, we are committed to delivering comfort you can trust. We accept unused, unwashed, and unaltered products (with original packaging included) for a refund within 30 days of receipt.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Purchases made outside of Feetlu.com are not eligible for this return policy

To Return Your Item, please follow the steps below:

1. Request a return
Email us at service@feetlu.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

2. Receive return instructions
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

3. Send your item back
Please return the item in its original packaging and in resalable condition.

4. Receive your refund
After your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10-30 business days based on the platform policy. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

*Damages and issues*
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
