Feetlu Studio Giveaway

1. Sponsor
The Feetlu Studio Giveaway (“Program”) is sponsored by Feetlu (“Sponsor”).

2. Application Period
Applications open on August 25, 2026 at 12:00 PM PDT and close on October 25, 2026 at 12:00 PM PDT. Applications received before or after the application period will not be considered.

3. Eligibility
The Program is open to operating yoga studios, Pilates studios, fitness studios, gyms, wellness studios, and similar movement-focused businesses located in California, United States.

The person submitting the application must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be an owner or employee of the studio
• Have authority to apply on behalf of the business
• Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
  
  4. How to Apply
  Eligible studios must complete the official Feetlu Studio Giveaway application during the application period. The application may request information including:
• Studio name, location, website, social media, and contact information
• Information about the studio, classes, and community.
• Current mat challenges and how Feetlu products could support the studio Only complete and legitimate applications will be considered.
  
  5. Selection
  One studio will be selected by Feetlu based on factors that may include: Fit with the Feetlu brand and products, Studio needs. Selection is at Feetlu’s reasonable discretion. The Program is not based on the number of followers, purchases, or previous spending with Feetlu.
  
  6. Notification
  The selected studio will be contacted using the information provided in its application. The studio may be required to confirm eligibility and participation within 7 business days. If the selected studio does not respond, declines participation, or is unable to meet the Program requirements, Feetlu may select another studio.
  
  7. Product Award
  The selected studio will receive Feetlu signature comfort yoga mats with a total retail value of up to $500 - $1,000 USD. The exact product models, quantities, sizes, thicknesses, and colors will be determined by Feetlu in consultation with the selected studio and are subject to product availability.
  The product award: Is not redeemable for cash, Is non-transferable, May not be resold as part of the Program without Feetlu’s written approval, May have an actual retail value below $1,000 depending on the final product assortment. Feetlu may substitute products of equal or greater value if necessary.
  
  8. Selected Studio Content Requirements
  As part of the Program, the selected studio agrees to reasonably cooperate with Feetlu in documenting its experience with the products.
  
  The selected studio agrees to provide:
• 5–10 usable photographs featuring Feetlu mats in the studio
• Photos that include studio members, students, or instructors using the Feetlu mats
• At least 1–2 short-form videos showing the mats in the studio and/or being used during classes or activities
• Brief and honest feedback regarding the studio’s experience with the products

All required content must be submitted to Feetlu within 30 days after receipt of the products, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The selected studio is responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions and releases from any identifiable individuals appearing in photographs or videos submitted to Feetlu.

9. No Required Positive Review
Participation in the Program does not require the selected studio to provide a positive review, endorsement, or statement it does not genuinely believe. Feetlu welcomes honest feedback regarding the products.

10. Content License
By submitting photographs, videos, statements, testimonials, or other content to Feetlu in connection with the Program, the selected studio grants Feetlu a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, crop, resize, publish, display, distribute, and repost the submitted content for Feetlu’s:

• Website
• Social media
• Email marketing
• Digital and print advertising
• Public relations
• Amazon and other ecommerce channels
• Other promotional and marketing purposes
  
  The selected studio retains ownership of its original content. No additional compensation will be owed for Feetlu’s permitted use of submitted content.
  
  11. Studio Feature
  The selected studio may also be featured in a Feetlu Studio Spotlight, which may include information about: The studio,
  its instructors, community, classes and experience with Feetlu products. Feetlu may use the studio’s business name, city, submitted statements, approved branding materials, and submitted content in connection with the feature.
  
  12. Product Use
  The selected studio is responsible for determining whether Feetlu products are appropriate for its classes, activities, participants, and facilities. Products should be used in accordance with applicable product instructions and normal safety practices.

The selected studio is responsible for ensuring Feetlu products are used properly and for their intended purpose. Feetlu is not responsible for injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse, improper use, failure to follow instructions, or use of damaged or worn products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Taxes
Any federal, state, or local tax obligations resulting from receipt of the products are the responsibility of the selected studio where applicable.

14. Privacy
Information submitted through the application will be handled in accordance with Feetlu’s Privacy Policy.

15. Right to Modify or Cancel
Feetlu reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone, or cancel the Program if technical, legal, operational, fraudulent, or other circumstances affect its administration or fairness.

16. Disqualification
Feetlu may disqualify any applicant that:

• Provides false or misleading information
• Misrepresents its relationship with a studio
• Attempts to manipulate the selection process
• Violates these Terms
• Engages in fraudulent or abusive conduct
  

17. Governing Law
The Program and these Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of California, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
