Super comfy and soft! It’s a 9/10 for me, but it would be a 10/10 if it had more grip.

I love this mat and bought it because it folds instead of rolling… for some reason the rolling ones always grossed me out. I use it for core workouts and some upper body and I think it’s plenty thick. It is slightly narrow but I fit on it just fine, I’m 5’8 185. Only downfall with mine is that the bottom is pretty beat up because I was wearing shoes when I used it but now I keep my feet off of it to prevent further damage. Overall, it’s great I love it and will probably get another one! Oh, and I found the band that comes around the rolled yoga mats stretches just fine to fit on this so if you wanted you can reuse a band.

NOT JUST ANY MAT... hours of research. To find one noted not to smell...and lay flat. FEETLU a folding yoga mat. I went with 1/3" thickness. (Black came in three different thicknesses when ordering off of Amazon.) As I'm not intending to do yoga. So you want a slightly thicker mat. For foam rolling...Comfort is where you are going with this mindset. But needed it to fit my space in my cart. Fits perfectly.Used it today. I am in love with it. It's quite comfortable. But the reviews on this ... over on YouTube sold me. I'm also respiratory compromised. I can not do smells. This has no odor. Lays flat...and is a dream to use.I did buy straps. As I'm storing it upright. Not applies tight. Just enough to keep the mat folded together without spacing gaps.I would tell friends about this item. It's well worth the asking price. And storing away a breeze. Without the front touching the bottom of the mat. I never considered that. But was mentioned in YouTube reviews. When taking it to a yoga class. (They sell a 1/4" one more suited for yoga apparently.)

I unrolled this mat today and was seriously impressed across the board. I’d been a little worried about whether it would fit in my workout carrier - there’s a specific side strap for holding a yoga mat - and my old one was too thick. This one fits perfectly! I’ve added the measurements that were missing from the product diagram in case that helps someone else. The grip is incredible too - it’s so sticky that slipping feels impossible. I wasn’t wild about the color options at first, but now I actually love how it blends in with the “home” vibe of my home gym setup.

I'm mad it took me this long to find this mat, This yoga mat is so worth the price!!! My biggest hangup with yoga mats is when you roll them up the bottom side touches the top side, so whatever is on the floor is now touching your skin every single time you unroll it, unless you wipe it down first. With this mat, it folds up perfectly, the top only touches itself and so you never have to worry about the floor, touching your body (hope that makes sense).You can tell that the Mat is quality by the way it feels and the durability of it. It's got just the right amount of cushioning so that your knees don't hurt when you do work on the Mat, and it's comfy when you're laying on your back. Also, there's no weird smell that sometimes yoga mats can have when they're new.

I love this mat. I was looking for a mat that didn’t lift and it would fold easily. It’s the right size for me (I’m 5’4 and 160 lbs) but for someone who is wide, they might want a different mat because it’s a bit narrow. It’s folds up like an accordion and it’s easy to store away.

This is a great mat. I love that it folds and is easy to stow away. The main selling point for me was that another reviewer pointed out that you could fold it in on itself if you need more support in an area, like your knees. For being such a thin mat, it’s very comfortable.My only complaint is the fact that it shows dirt so quickly. I chose a dark color because I figured the light color would get grubby. Now I’m thinking a medium tone would have worked better. In the picture, it started to show marks just after the first 15 minutes of use and this is after being freshly showered.

Great mat doesn’t fall apart if you accidentally drag sneakers on them. Easy to fold and easy to clean after workouts. Good cushion not to thick just right!

very convenient. texture is a little slicker than a regular roll up matt. I think yoga gloves will fix slipping as I do lunges and the downward dog.

It’s a really good product love it but when it arrived it had some stains ass you can see in the picture. Even tho package was unopened

I love foldable yoga mats over the roll up. No more annoying ends rolls itself up. I ended getting a second one for my girlfriend.

This is the best exercise mat I have ever owned - and so much easier to store.

簡単にさっと折り畳め、かつ瞬時に平に広げられ便利。厚みもあり、滑らないので使用感もよい。難を言えば、教室ではコロナ以降、使用後アルコールで各自拭き取るのだが、折り畳めるがゆえに拭きづらい。なので私は、使用後は風呂場で広げさっと丸洗い、そのまま浴室内に陰干ししている。その方が衛生的だし簡単で快適。

This mat is awesome! I bought it as a gift for my husband for our home workouts, and now I’m jealous, and secretly use it when he’s at work haha! The material is nice, offers good cushioning, and the back is nice and grippy, so it’s not sliding around on you while in use. It is so much easier to fold up than a regular yoga mat. 10/10 would recommend!

We own a chiropractic practice and we got 2 of these for our exercise / PT area about 6 months ago. I like that we can fold them up and stack if we need to. Easy to clean great thickness. They have held up well.

This is a really good yoga mat. Anti slip, soft and nice colors.

Love everything about this mat - it folds up neatly, has excellent grip, plenty of cushioning without affecting stability. I use it for pilates, yoga, and strength training. I can't rate it for durability because it's only been a month. However, I'm thinking about ordering another one to have on hand in case they stop making them. Yes, it's that good!

This mat tidily fits in my RV for travel. Despite being sort of thin, it offers adequate support for planks and other workout routines. Would buy again.

I just love this. It folds away so nicely. I keep it under my yoga swing and it lays flat. Not curling like the other types. Great color too!
